1. Delivery Coverage Across Pakistan
We currently deliver medicine to all major cities and districts across Pakistan, including:
- Karachi, Hyderabad, Sukkur (Sindh)
- Lahore, Faisalabad, Multan, Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, Sialkot, Sargodha, Bahawalpur (Punjab)
- Islamabad (Federal Capital Territory)
- Peshawar, Mardan, Abbottabad (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa)
- Quetta and surrounding areas (Balochistan)

2. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times from the point of order confirmation (after prescription verification where applicable):

✓ Prescription orders:
Prescription orders require pharmacist verification before dispatch (up to 4 business hours). This is in addition to the delivery timeframe above and is required by DRAP regulations.
3. Delivery Charges
- We charge a flat delivery fee of PKR 500.
4. Discreet Packaging
Online Pharmacy understands the sensitive nature of medicine purchases. All orders are packed to protect your privacy:
- Outer packaging carries no pharmacy name, product name, or any indication of contents
- All products are sealed in tamper-evident inner packaging
- Temperature-sensitive products are packed in cold-chain containers with gel ice packs and insulating liners
- Fragile items (e.g., glass vials, inhalers) are bubble-wrapped and secured against movement
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched from our facility, you will receive an SMS and email with your tracking number and courier partner link. Track your medicine delivery via:
- The tracking link sent to your phone and email
- The “My Orders” section in your onlinepharmacy.pk account

6. Delivery Attempts & Failed Delivery
Our courier partners make up to two delivery attempts. If both attempts are unsuccessful (recipient unavailable, incorrect address, or delivery refused), the order is returned to our facility. A re-delivery charge may apply. Online Pharmacy is not liable for delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your delivery arrives damaged or with missing items:
- Take photographs of the outer packaging and contents before fully opening the parcel
- Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery to info@onlinepharmacy.pk or +92 305 2556094
- Retain all original packaging for courier investigation
