Treatment of hormone receptor-positive breast cancer in postmenopausal women.
Used as adjuvant therapy (after surgery) for early breast cancer to reduce the risk of cancer recurrence.

Treatment of advanced breast cancer in postmenopausal women whose disease has progressed following tamoxifen therapy.

How Does Arimidex 1mg Tablets Work?
Arimidex 1mg tablets inhibit the aromatase enzyme, which is responsible for converting androgens into estrogens in peripheral tissues, for example adrenal glands, liver and fat.
This reduction in estrogen slows or stops the growth of hormone receptor-positive breast cancer cells that depend on estrogen to grow.
How Should You Take Arimidex 1mg Tablets?
To take Arimidex 1mg tablets properly:
Dosage: Take one 1mg tablet once daily.
Timing: Take it at the same time every day for consistency.
With Food: You can take Arimidex tablet with or without food.
How To Take: You can swallow the whole tablet with water and don’t chew the whole tablet or split it.
